Rehmannia root is one of the 50 fundamental herbs used in Traditional Chinese Medicine where it has been employed for it's healthful properties for thousands of years. Also referred to as sheng di huang. Rehmannia is considered energetically warming and balancing to yin.
Dosage: Use 6-12 drops in juice/water, under the tongue. May take 3x/day.
